We truly honor “Sophia” as the form of feminine understanding that connects and interconnects and brings the world to a higher consciousness of healing and peace. Sophia is God revealed to individuals in relation to the spirituality of the universe. She is the place in our individual hearts where the figurative circles of human experience and spiritual form intersect. The bliss of learning to listen from this place and discern life from this place allows us to know from experience the abundance of divine love we were created to know and take to others.

Sophia engages the passion of each woman in order to focus her energy in communion with others and affect the world. Sophia is our personal responsibility to rise above ego and respond to life experience engaged in spiritual journey. At Cherishing Sophia, we are soul friends who are passionately committed to helping other women rise to greatness by providing spiritual guidance with substance. The substance is derived from recent and relevant academic theory and professional excellence in communication and psychology in order to teach the empowerment of women through transformation. Additionally, we look to sacred text and spiritual leaders such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Thomas Merton to guide women from their very busy lives of dissipated energy to the wholeness of calm and peace in the sacred space of Sophia. We are lifelong teachers and learners who bring the ancient wisdom of the desert elders to the modern calling for a higher consciousness derived from actively developing a discipline of moving into the heart to engage in a spiritual journey and:
